年鉴简介：	《中国科技统计年鉴-2014》是国家统计局和科技部共同编辑的反映我国科技活动情况的统计资料书,收录了全国31个省、自治区、直辖市以及国务院有关部门2013年度科技统计数据。全书内容分为九个部分。第一部分为反映全社会科技活动的综合统计资料。第二、三、四部分分别为工业企业、研究与开发机构和高等学校科技活动统计资料,其中工业企业的口径为规模以上工业企业,指年主营业务收入为2000万元及以上的法人工业企业;研究与开发机构的口径为地级及以上独立核算的政府属科学研究与技术开发机构、科学技术信息和文献机构;高等学校包括全日制高校及其附属医院。第五部分为高技术产业发展统计资料。第六部分为国家科技计划统计资料。第七部分为科技活动成果统计资料。第八部分为综合技术服务部门和科协活动有关资料。第九部分为国际科技统计资料。最后附有主要统计指标解释。本书有关符号说明:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、不详或无该项数据;“#”表示是其中的主要项;“”或“①”表示本表下有注解。本书中因小数取舍而产生的误差均未做配平处理。参与本书编辑的单位还有教育部、国防科技工业局、财政部、人力资源和社会保障部、国土资源部、商务部、国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家知识产权局、中国科学院、中国工程院、中国地震局、中国气象局、国家海洋局、国家测绘地理信息局、中国科协。我们对上述单位有关人员在本书的编辑过程中给予的大力支持与合作,表示衷心感谢。 China Statistical Yearbook on Science and Teehnolo舒一2014 15 PrePared Jointly by the National Bureau of Statisties and the Ministry of Scienee and Teehnology.The Yearbook，which eovers data series at the national， Provincial and loeal levels，and autonomous regions，as well as dePartments direetly under the State Couneil， rePorts on the develoPment of China，5 seienee and teehnology aetivities.
