| 年鉴简介： |
一、《中国人口和就业统计年鉴-2015》是一部以全面反映我国人口和就业状况为主的资料性年刊,收集了全国和各省、自治区、直辖市人口就业统计的主要数据,同时附录了世界部分国家和地区的相关数据。
二、本年鉴由国家统计局人口和就业统计司负责编辑整理,并得到公安部治安管理局、国家卫生和计划生育委员会规划与信息司等单位的大力支持和协助。
三、本年鉴内容分为八部分:(一)综合数据;(二)2014年全国人口变动情况抽样调查数据;(三)2014年劳动力抽样调查主要数据;(四)2014年城镇单位就业人员统计数据;(五)2014年全国户籍统计人口数据;(六)2014年全国计划生育统计人口数据;(七)世界部分国家及地区人口和就业统计数据;(八)2014年人口变动和劳动力调查制度说明及主要统计指标解释。
四、2014年全国人口变动调查的调查时点为2014年11月1日零时。该调查以全国为总体,以各省、自治区、直辖市为次总体,采用分层、多阶段、整群概率比例抽样方法,在全国31个省、自治区、直辖市抽取了2130个县(市、区)、4439个乡(镇、街道)、4818个调查小区中的112万人。经加权后汇总,2014年全国人口出生率为12.37‰,死亡率为7.16‰,自然增长率为5.21‰。按此推算,2014年末全国总人口为136782万人,出生人口为1687万人,死亡人口为977万人,净增人口为710万人。本年鉴第二部分除表2-1、表2-2外,其余各表中的绝对数为样本数,全国抽样比为0.822‰。
五、本年鉴中收集的2014年全国人口变动情况抽样调查数据(第二部分)和2014年全国户籍统计人口数据(第五部分),统计方法和口径不同,请用户在使用时加以注意。
六、本年鉴涉及的全国性统计数据,均未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾省数据。
七、符号使用说明:
年鉴各表中的“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该项数据;“#”表示其中的主要项。
八、本年鉴在资料的整理和编排方面难免存在不足和疏误,敬请用户指正。
Ⅰ.China Population and Employment Statistics Yearbook 2015 is an annual statistical publication,which contains data on basic condition of population and employment in 2014 as well as for the previous years for the whole nation and 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.It also includes the relevant data of some other countries and territories in the world.
Ⅱ.The yearbook is compiled by the Department of Population and Employment Statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics of China,and assisted by the Public Order Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security and the Department of Planning and Information of the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China.
Ⅲ.The yearbook contains the following eight chapters:1.General Survey;2.Data from 2014National Sample Survey on Population Changes;3.Main Data from 2014 Labor Force Survey;4.Data from Statistics on Employment in Urban Units in 2014;5.Data from Household Registration in2014;6.Data from Family Planning Statistics in 2014;7.Population and Employment Data of Selected Countries and Territories of the World;8.Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators.
Ⅳ.The reference time of 2014 National Sample Survey on Population Changes and Labor Force was at zero hour on November 1 in 2014.The sample survey adopted multi-stage systematic PPES cluster sampling scheme,taking the whole nation as the population and each province,autonomous region or municipality as sub-population.A total of 1.12 million people were selected from 4818 survey districts in 4439 townships(towns or street committees)in 2130 counties(cities or districts) of the 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities.The weighted estimation procedure suggested that the birth rate was 12.37 per thousand,the death rate was 7.16 per thousand and the natural growth rate was 5.21 per thousand for China in 2014.Based on these rates,it was further estimated that China had a total population of 1,367.82 million at the end of 2014,with 16.87million births,9.77 million deaths and a net increase of 7.10 million people during the year.Except table 2-1 and table 2-2,the rest of tabulations in Chapter Two were sample data.The sampling fraction for the nation was 0.822 per thousand.
Ⅴ.The population data of Chapter Two in the yearbook are from 2014 National Sample Survey on Population Changes,and those of Chapter Five are from the household registration,which use different definitions and data collection methods.Users should notice that the data under the same or similar heading in these two chapters may be different.
Ⅵ.The national data in the yearbook do not include that of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province.
Ⅶ.Notations used in the yearbook:
(blank space) indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table,or data are unknown or are not available;"#" indicates a major breakdown of the total.
