注：1.邮电业务总量1988年及以前按1980年不变价格计算，1989-2000年按1990年不变价格计算，2001-2010年按2000年不变价格计算，
2011-2016年按2010年不变价格计算，2017年起，电信业务总量按2015年不变价格计算，邮政业务总量仍按2010年不变价格计算。
2021年起，按2020年不变价计算。2022年起，电信按照上年不变价就计算。指数按可比价格计算。
2.统计范围是辖区内全社会所有从事电信运营企业和国家邮政企业,以及获得快递业务经营许可的快递服务企业。
Notes:a) The business volume of postal and telecommunication services in and before 1998 was calculated at 1980 constant prices, that from 1998 to
2000 was calculated at 1990 constant prices, that from 2001 to 2010 was calculated at 2000 constant prices and that from 2011 to 2016 was
calculated at 2010 constant prices. Since 2017,the total amount of telecommunications was calculated at 2015 constant prices, while the total
amount of postal business was calculated at 2010 constant prices. From 2022,that was calculated at last years constant prices. The index was
calculated at comparable prices.
b) The statistical coverages of business volume of postal and Telecommunication services are all telecom enter prises, the national postal
enterprises and express mail enterprises with express license.
